The company has come on board as a member as it’s working on an increasing number of significant regeneration projects in the county.
National Regional Property Group specialises in sustainable regeneration and Build to Rent projects. The company was founded in Portsmouth in 2012 and is working on some of the Solent’s most high-profile regeneration projects, including the redevelopment of Southampton’s former fruit and vegetable market and the proposed regeneration of Fraser Range in Portsmouth.
Its leaders are heavily involved in the local business community, sitting on local groups including Shaping Portsmouth, Business South, and Go! Southampton.
Shaun Adams, chief executive of National Regional Property Group, said “Hampshire is a huge part of our identity and current development landscape so it made perfect sense for us to join the Chamber. It will allow us to connect even better with fellow Hampshire businesses that are working to push the county forward.”
Maureen Frost, Chief Executive of Hampshire Chamber of Commerce, said “We’re delighted to welcome National Regional Property Group to our growing number of members. Property developers play an important role in making Hampshire an attractive place to live, work and do business and that’s vital to our economic development. We look forward to National Regional Property Group sharing its expertise in this field with fellow members.”
