Portsmouth Together now has over 1,200 registered volunteers supporting organisations and communities across the city and the numbers continue to grow. Volunteers make a huge contribution to the city and there are many opportunities for those interested in volunteering.
Portsmouth Together is also launching its fourth 'Inspiring Volunteer Awards which will take place during National Volunteers' Week in June.
The awards celebrate the diverse work of the city's volunteers with new categories this year including 'Loving Our Volunteers' award for organisations, 'Thinking Different' and 'Community Business' awards. For entry details visit volunteer.portsmouth.gov.uk/we-support/volunteer-awards.
