PMC Construction & Development are helping build the future for Portsmouth

PMC Construction & Development are the latest organisation to support our work by becoming a Patron of Shaping Portsmouth

PMC are a UK company based in Cosham and have been building homes for communities for 35 years. They already support several important groups in Portsmouth and have some exceptional goals focussed on their employees, and the people they build houses for. They have a brilliant reputation for quality and service, and Shaping Director Stef Nienaltowski was delighted to meet the Managing Director Steve Cripps recently.

Steve said “PMC has worked in partnership with Portsmouth City Council for the past 39 years. Throughout this period we have created various opportunities to our local residents which has generated direct and indirect employment for in excess of 500 people.

“The opportunity to become a Patron working collaboratively with Shaping Portsmouth presented a great fit whilst evolving our fundamental social values within our community. We are very proud to join the journey with this programme, which coincides with our passion in providing Apprenticeships and opportunities in partnership with our local training providers.”

Stef said “Steve and I shared our views for the city and explored the projects both organisations were passionate about carrying out and, it was therefore a real honour that Steve agreed to become a Shaping Patron. I am delighted to welcome him and the PMC team to the Shaping family.

“As with our other Patrons, and indeed all our partners, I am looking forward to Steve and his team getting involved in some of our Programmes. Steve, thank you for the commitment and confidence in helping us drive the city ever onwards to our vision of being the best City in the UK to Invest, Live, Learn, Work & Visit.”
