The Portsmouth Mental Health Alliance has launched a Mental Health and Wellbeing First Aid Kit as a resource to support managers and employees of SMEs in Portsmouth.
This short, concise Kit has been developed with busy business owners in mind. As part of Portsmouth Mental Health Alliance’s response to National Mental Health Awareness Week (10th-16th May), they hope that you will find this guide lead you to what services and tools are available to you, to support you and those you employ, towards confidence and mental wellbeing in these unprecedented and difficult times.
If you use this Kit, PMHA would be very grateful to hear how you’ve used it and what difference it’s made. Comments or individuals stories are very welcome, and can be sent to Claire Currie at Claire.Currie@portsmouthcc.gov.uk.
The Portsmouth Mental Health Alliance is a collaboration of partners across the city who work together to improve the mental health and wellbeing of everyone living and working in Portsmouth.
The partnership is supported by Portsmouth City Council, Portsmouth Clinical Commissioning Group, Solent NHS Trust and it includes voluntary and community organisations, Healthwatch Portsmouth, health care providers, commissioners, universities and businesses all working together with local communities and residents.
