- Arthur is what a social worker should be like. He’s amazing with young people and is always child focused. He’s a massive advocate for the young people he supports.
- He is positive and warm and has a really calming manner. The young person we work with always has good things to say about Arthur. Their relationship has developed quickly.
- Arthur is always enthusiastic when working with young people who are experiencing difficulties with their emotions due to their childhood experiences. Arthur takes time to listen to young people and talks things through with them.
