Generating over 600 places in our local businesses and to give people of any age the best opportunity to start or restart their career journey in their chosen industry through Apprenticeships, Traineeships and Assisted Internships.

Objectives

  1. To raise the profile of what we are doing to learners and employers.

  2. To provide training and information to both businesses and learners.

  3. To attract new learners and employers and increase employer engagement.

Impact

  • Our original 100 in 100 campaign, which aimed to fill 100 placements in 100 days in 2021, surpassed the target to create 265 placements
