Our Workplace Health & Wellbeing programme‘s Mental Health Walk & Talks have returned for the summer!
Meet the team at 10am and get moving for your mental health.
Studies have shown that getting active can help you sleep better, have happier moods, and reduce feelings of stress, anxiety and racing thoughts. In recognition of this we have launched our Mental Health Walk & Talks.
Why not get your team out of the office for an hour and join us by promoting good workplace wellbeing opportunities?
Everyone is welcome to attend, the more the merrier. This includes dogs, kids, partners, and friends.
Make workplace wellbeing a priority, a healthy happy and connected team is a productive and committed team.
There’s no need to register or book a place, just turn up and join in!
