Wednesday 21st August 2024: Mental Health Walk & Talk

After the success of our first Mental Health Walk & Talk along the seafront in May, we’re bringing it back on Wednesday 21st August.

Meet the team at 9:30am at Victoria Park and get moving for your mental health.
Studies have shown that getting active can help you sleep better, have happier moods, and reduce feelings of stress, anxiety and racing thoughts.

There’s no need to register or book a place, just turn up and join in!

Why not get your team out of the office for an hour and join us by promoting good workplace wellbeing opportunities?
Make workplace wellbeing a priority, a healthy happy and connected team is a productive and committed team.
Everyone is welcome to attend, the more the merrier….. this includes dogs, kids, partners and friends.
