The Portsmouth Business Support Service Team and ActionCOACH Portsmouth have partnered to offer a unique opportunity for local businesses to grow and thrive. This free, hands-on, session of coaching and two follow-up phone calls, valued at £500, is designed to provide practical strategies for strengthening foundations and achieving long-term business success. Our goal is to equip local business owners with the tools they need to streamline their operations, drive growth, and contribute to the local economy.
Each session will include:
- Group coaching: Participants will work together in a supportive environment to discuss challenges, goals, and areas of focus.
- Facilitated learning: Experienced coaches will share proven strategies and best practices.
- Action planning: Participants will develop personalized plans and action steps to implement.
- Accountability calls: Follow-up calls will ensure participants stay on track and achieve their goals.
