We are pleased to welcome Charla Grant, who has joined the Shaping Portsmouth Team on a Freelance basis as Partnership & Programme Support.
Charla Grant has lived and worked in and around Portsmouth all of her life and prides herself on making a difference to the city. Her career started in Financial Services and across the years has evolved into starting her own wellbeing business, working with local charities and creating The Grateful Arts Club CIC which hosts creative workshops, events and exhibitions.
A natural connector and community builder, she is passionate about helping businesses, charities and community groups bring their ideas to life.
Charla said “I’m really excited to join the Shaping Portsmouth Team and support the great work that’s already happening. Communities work best when they work together, and it’s a joy to be part of something working towards that aim.”
Dave Humphries, CEO of Shaping Portsmouth, adds “Charla Grant is a freelancer in the third sector locally, known by many in the city. She’s currently working with us on a freelance basis to plug some gaps. She brings a wealth of Partnership and Events experience, and we are delighted to welcome her to the Shaping Team.”
