Key holding means that Citrus will hold a spare key to your business and be alerted to respond to any security alarm at your premises.
They guarantee a response time of under 1 hour within PO postcodes. Once they arrive they will assess the situation, secure the site and reset the alarm. If a break-in has
occurred they will stay on site until the police have arrived.
A Key holding contract with Citrus is normally £360 a year (£1 a day) however for a limited time only they are offering all their fellow Shaping Portsmouth Members and
Patrons this service for free.
If any alarms are activated during your contract their call out fees is £18 and £16 an hour after that. If you need your premises to be resecured after a break in they have a highly trained locksmith on their team who can complete a lock up for only £24 per hour.
Key holding takes away stress and uncertainty of not knowing whether you may be called out by a security alert in the middle of the night and whether your business is safe and secure while your not there.
It also removes the threat of you and/or your staff having to respond to a potentially dangerous situation with little to no security knowledge. Having a registered security company as a key holder also often reduces your insurance costs.
