We are also delighted to welcome Anne Stevens as the new Co-Lead of our Portsmouth Business Support Service Programme.
Anne is a purpose driven, values led leader with C suite experience in leading companies such as Rio Tinto, IBM and CSC. Recognised for outstanding leadership, nurturing and developing talent with a particular passion for the advancement of women. Experienced as a chair, director and mentor, she brings extensive experience, insights and the benefit of an international business career.
Her career spans multiple industries : IT services, Consulting, Financial services, Manufacturing, Mining & Metals, Education, HR Tech where she has built areas of expertise in Business Strategy & Execution, Cultural Change & Transformation, Executive development & succession planning, Mergers, acquisitions & divestments, Right sizing & restructuring, Talent Management & Learning, Gender balance and inclusion.
She is a winner of the ‘Global Inspirational Woman’ award at the WIN Conference in Rome and has received an honorary doctorate from the University of Portsmouth in recognition of global business achievements, services to women and charity work.
