Launch, Sell & Scale is a hands-on workshop series built for founders and business owners who want stronger commercial foundations, better sales conversations, and a clearer path to growth.
Developed by Paul Sims of Negotia and delivered through the Portsmouth Business Support Service as part of the Shaping Portsmouth programme, this three-part series gives you the tools, frameworks, and honest conversations that matter most when you are building something real. Each session is practical and action-focused, with workbooks, checklists, and guided exercises you can apply directly to your business.

About Paul Sims
Paul Sims is the founder of Negotia and a serial entrepreneur with more than 25 years of experience helping start-up and scale-up founders build pipelines and revenue. A qualified executive coach with over 1,000 coaching hours, Paul works hands-on with founders and leadership teams to sharpen their messaging, design go-to-market strategies and build for sustainable growth.
