We’re excited to share that we have kicked off the first half of the Empower Your Business coaching workshop. This partnership between ActionCOACH, Shaping Portsmouth and Portsmouth City Council – through the Portsmouth Business Support Service – aims to equip Portsmouth’s businesses with essential tools and strategies to grow and thrive
In this first phase, participants are being introduced to the ‘Mastery’ stage of ActionCOACH’s 6 Step Framework. Focusing on four key areas, split across the two sessions:
- Destination: Setting clear goals, vision, mission, and culture.
- Delivery: Discover how to improve consistency and boost customer satisfaction.
- Time: Improving efficiency, self-time management, and prioritization.
- Financial: Understanding break-even analysis, profit margins, cash flow forecasting, budgeting, KPIs, and measurement
This framework provides businesses with the tools they need to strengthen their foundations and achieve long-term success.
