After the success of the initial sessions, we are pleased to announce that our Business Group Coaching, provided by ActionCOACH as part of the Portsmouth Business Support Service, will be returning for another run in the last week of January 2025.
This free, hands-on, two-session of coaching and two follow-up phone calls, valued at £500, is designed to provide practical strategies for strengthening foundations and achieving long-term business success. Our goal is to equip local business owners with the tools they need to streamline their operations, drive growth, and contribute to the local economy.

The participation from the attendees was amazing and everyone left with some clear action plans to help them improve the business. They understand the importance of financial control in their business to give them the ability to make great decisions. How to master their time to ensure they are spending more time working “on” their business. What they need to do to make sure they deliver their product/service consistently on time and on spec, and finally how to put together a plan for their business to achieve their long term goals, as well as their annual and quarterly goals. We are very much looking forward to running another round of coaching, and continuing to work closer with Shaping Portsmouth to support the city”
