Apprenticeship Bus set to return for National Apprenticeship Week 2025

And we are off….. planning has commenced for the 2025 Apprenticeship Bus programme. The programme planning team have been working hard behind the scenes since the last apprenticeship bus programme gathering feedback and exploring ways that we can improve the impact on the students that attend the roadshow. We have since kicked off the official planning stages and can’t wait to return bigger and better than before.

We can now confirm that the roadshow will take place over three days 12/13/14th February 2025 taking place during National Apprenticeship Week.

Mountjoy continues to support Shaping Portsmouth and the bus programme with Simon Ingram returning for his second year as Volunteer programme lead with Chloe Bolton, our Portsmouth City Council representative also jumping back on board for the third year. Shaping Portsmouth feel extremely lucky to be able to collaborate and work so closely with so many wonderful local organisations from across the city.

The Apprenticeship Bus core team sat around a table for a meeting
L to R: Steff Jones, Suzan Win Latt, Kirsty Hill, Chloe Bolton, and Simon Ingram.

We can’t create an Apprenticeship Bus Roadshow without our Apprentices and organisations/industries from across the city. So, if your organisation would like to see their business and industry better represented, please do get in touch and get the date in the diary. The Apprenticeship Bus roadshow is a great opportunity to showcase the best of what Portsmouth industries have to offer and provides us with an opportunity to shout about all of the incredible apprenticeship opportunities that are available across the city.

Stay tuned for updates and keep track of our Apprenticeship Bus developments as we continue to develop a roadshow that represents that best that Portsmouth has to offer.
