Paraffin’s work has been recognised for its excellence with a Queen’s Award for Enterprise

This prestigious award recognises Paraffin’s excellence in international trade, and the outstanding year on year growth they have achieved over the last three years. It also reflects the impact Paraffin has had in creating positive cultural change through our delivery of learning and capabilities to some of the best brands and manufacturing businesses in the world. Over the last two years, Paraffin’s capabilities offer has been further strengthened by Managing Director Pamela Hamilton’s ‘Supercharged Teams: 30 Tools of Great Teamwork’, which gives anyone, in any team across the world, in any industry, the tools to be more collaborative, to benefit more from collective intelligence, make their teams more diverse, be more productive and work together effectively to solve some of the most complex issues our world faces.

The Queen’s Award for Enterprise also recognises the societal impact of Paraffin’s work, including their work to address negative gender stereotyping, and through the creation and delivery of Project Bridge, which takes the workshop techniques and collaboration skills that they deploy in the commercial world and applies them in the public sector to solve important local issues such as childhood obesity, rough sleeping and rebuilding communities shattered by tragedy, including the Grenfell Tower disaster.

Paraffin is enormously proud to have won a Queen’s Award for Enterprise: International Trade 2021 for Outstanding Short Term Growth and would like to say a huge thank you to their team, clients, partners and colleagues who made it happen.
