“We are proud to be part of the Shaping Portsmouth family and to be able to work with so many local organisations to help provide veterans, their families and carers with support for their welfare, wellbeing and mental health needs. We are also proud to announce that, due to our recent selection and provision of funds from the Armed Forces Covenant Fund Trust (AFCFT), we will continue our regional leadership of veteran support in the South East of England through the Thrive Together programme (formerly VPPP). This means we can go even further to develop sustainable pathways of support for our veteran community in Portsmouth, Isle of Wight and the rest of the South East. The great model of Shaping Portsmouth will aid our thinking as we design, develop and deliver across the whole region, whilst assuring our local, community focused delivery."
