Shaping Portsmouth are pleased to announce new partnerships with Portsmouth Force Basketball and We Are Jungle, both joining us at the Member level.
Portsmouth Force are building an infrastructure and pathway for local children to participate in fun basketball sessions and compete in established local and national leagues. They cater for all different needs from beginners, SEN, National League Juniors, adults (Mens and Women) and our Mens National League Team who play in front of 500 fans!
Chris West, Marketing and Sponsorship Officer, said “We are thrilled to be part of Shaping Portsmouth and helping to promote this great city! Over 400 kids are playing basketball at least once per week and we want them to fully understand and appreciate what a great community we all have. We like to think we are doing our bit to provide opportunities in this city which is full of choices!
“Sport is so well placed to develop skills which reach far further than the court, pitch, field so providing these opportunities at a young age will help to make the business community of Portsmouth stronger for many years to come.”
The Shaping Portsmouth logo will feature on the U12 National League team vests.
