Transform Your Vision into Action

As the financial year draws to a close, most business owners are caught in the daily grind, too busy working in their business to step back and work on it. This is your opportunity to break that cycle.

Join us for an intensive half-day workshop designed to help you pause, reflect, and create a clear, actionable strategy that will drive your business forward in 2026/27. And learn strategies safeguard your business against cyber threat.

What if you could attract more of the right clients, without increasing your marketing spend?

Led by award-winning marketing expert Jodie Goodchild, this session draws on nearly 20 years of experience in lead generation, sales, and marketing. Jodie created this workshop specifically for the Shaping Portsmouth community and Portsmouth Business Support Service programme so whether you’ve seen her before or not, this one is new.

A free evening session for people exploring an idea.

Thinking about starting a business but not sure where to begin? You are not alone. Most people start with passion and drive, but there is so much more to think about, and it is not always obvious what actually matters or where to focus first.

This practical 90-minute evening session is designed for people who are exploring an idea, still in full-time work, or simply working out whether starting a business is the right next step. It cuts straight to the things that matter most, without the jargon.

Running a business is one thing. Growing it well is another.

Launch, Sell & Scale is a hands-on workshop series built for founders and business owners who want stronger commercial foundations, better sales conversations, and a clearer path to growth.

Developed by Paul Sims of Negotia, this three-part series gives you the tools, frameworks, and honest conversations that matter most when you are building something real. Each session is practical and action-focused, with workbooks, checklists, and guided exercises you can apply directly to your business.
