Engendering Change LTD helps organisations to rationalise and embrace a commitment to Equity, Diversity & Inclusion and Wellbeing (EDI). Using strategic reviews, inspirational training and community projects, they are on a mission to make the world a more inclusive place.
Founder and CEO Jo Morgan told us “I am a Pompey girl, born and bred and I love this great city. It has been an honour to work with so many local businesses and young people to drive positive change. I am really excited to be working more closely with Shaping Portsmouth and to connect with more business leaders. We are beginning to put Portsmouth on the map as a leading city for EDI and Wellbeing and I can’t wait to see what we achieve next.”
Engendering Change works with businesses to conduct a full Strategic EDI review from which they generate bespoke recommendations and training packages. They help businesses to embed EDI at all levels and are skilled in winning people over to this mission. As one recent client said “I found the environment you fostered allowed me to question my biases and not feel judged… I wouldn’t change a thing.”
Engendering Change was one of several local organisations to be nominated for the prestigious National Diversity Awards this year and Jo was one of the recipients of the 2023 Inspirational Women of Portsmouth Awards.
