Shaping Portsmouth is pleased to announce our newest Associate partnership with Brian Scaddan UK, an electrical training provider now branching into apprenticeships.
Founded in 1995 by Brian Scaddan, the business was succeeded by a new management team in 2016 who have continued to build on the quality pillars that Brian established. From their HQ in Waterlooville, the new management team have expanded the business across the UK.
Neil Doyle, Managing Director of Brian Scaddan UK, said “We are thrilled to be in partnership with Shaping Portsmouth as their values and strategy to be impactful and support economic and welfare issues across the county, are aligned to ours.”
Stef Nienaltowski, CEO of Shaping Portsmouth, adds “I am delighted to welcome Neil, Tom Shrager, and the team from Brian Scadden UK to the Shaping partnership as our newest Associate partner. I have had the pleasure of visiting their training centre in Waterlooville and the set-up and facilities they have built for their Apprentices are first class.
“As Neil and Tom seek to expand their offerings to a wider apprenticeship audience, they have chosen to join Shaping and play a full part in our Skills & Employability team and of course, the programmes that we run under our Explore Your Future strategy.
“Welcome Neil & Tom and I look forward to a long and productive partnership with you and the whole team. “
