Choose Employability
Shaping Portsmouth believe that every individual deserves the opportunity to access Education and Employment no matter their background or disadvantages.
Working with our business and local education providers we commit to creating and providing new and bespoke opportunities in training and employment through work coaching, mentoring, work experience and more.
Clients who are eligible for the programme include Care Leavers, Homeless & Rough Sleepers as well as the Probation Service and have a unique referral criteria and pathway to ensure that we are the organisation best suited to support the individual’s needs and requirements.
Through this programme we aim to promote independence and inspire individuals to take responsibility for their employment journey while we stand side by side and offer guidance and support to help them achieve their goals and reach their full potential.
If you would like to learn more about this programme or can offer support, please contact Kirsty Hill, Education & Community Pillar Lead at kirsty.hill@shapingportsmouth.co.uk
